Mission Statement
Growing faith in Jesus through scripture.

Vision Statement
Share the love of Jesus with children and instill in each student a love of learning and desire to serve the Lord through a Christ-centered curriculum.

Statement of Faith
Our Savior Christian Academy’s religious beliefs are sincerely held, reflected in written governing documents, and lived out consistently. They are rooted in Holy Scripture and theologically supported by the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.  Our school theme verse is "Put on the full armor of God, so you can take your stand..." Ephesians 6:10.

Full Disclosure
OSCA operates in full disclosure of our values and beliefs. As Christians, we know we are sinful by nature. We are redeemed through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Our Savior Christian Academy takes faith seriously. If a student operates outside the will of God, and knowingly rejects His commandments, or works to lead others astray, they are at risk for dis-enrollment.

Routine Standard of Practice
Our routine standard of practice for enrollment is located here.

Clarity of Commitment
By the parent / caregiver signing the enrollment form, they agree to, and fully understand, the importance of the school's religious and Christian values and conduct code.

We believe
... in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost - coequal, coeternal, three in one - one God (John 6:27, Romans 9:5, Acts 5:3-4).

... that God created this world and universe perfectly; but that man through his fall into sin, separated himself from God (Genesis 3:1-24).

... that Jesus, true God and true Man, came into this world; that He suffered, died and rose again from the dead; and by His action, paid for man’s sin (Romans 4:25).

... that the Holy Spirit, through the Word, brings us to faith in Jesus Christ as our personal Savior (John 16:8).

...that we are saved by grace through faith and that good works, while they do not save us, are a witness to our faith (Ephesians 2:8).

...that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God; that it is without error and that God reveals His will and His plan of salvation through it (John 10:35).

...in the existence of hell, and that it is real (Matthew 25:46, Daniel 12:2-3).
...in the existence of heaven, where God will one day gather all His believers in Christ (Revelation 20:14-15).

...that man is saved by faith in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9).

...that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female, and that these two distinct, complimentary genders together reflect the image and nature of God (Genesis 1:26-28).

...that God created marriage to be exclusively the union of one man and one woman, and that sexual activity is to occur exclusively within that union (Genesis 2:24, 1 Corinthians 7:2).

...that God’s timeless Word reveals His plan for humanity and His intentions for marriage and sexuality, which do not include same sex relationships - but a loving warning and offer of grace for those who have strayed from His will (Romans 1:27, John 8:7-11, Leviticus 18: 22-24).

...that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other state of condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life (Psalm 139).
